RUBI is a professional tool for fast and precise tile placement in both horizontal and vertical directions. It is especially suitable for ceramic and large format tiles. It can be used for both tiles and wall cladding. No additional tools are required. The product is excellent for keeping the same joints between tiles, e.g. to eliminate height “bounces” of tiles. Max. the load capacity of the fixture is 100 kg.

Once the tiles are set in the adhesive, it can be challenging to position them accurately in relation to the other tiles. This can be particularly challenging with heavy, large format tiles and increased adhesion of the adhesive.

The RUBI preparation helps the work in cases that need a small and very precise displacement of the tile. The fixture has two 150 mm vacuum suction cups that guarantee an excellent fit. 1 suction cup clamps onto the previously laid tile and 2. the suction cup clamps onto the tile you want to gently slide. Then the distances in the horizontal or vertical plane are adjusted using threaded mechanisms. The feed range in the vertical plane is 0 – 40 mm (lateral feed), the feed range in the horizontal plane is 0 – 20 mm (up/down feed). This makes it possible to achieve a perfectly precise fit of the tile.

The product does not replace the function of levelling systems and is recommended as a complementary tool to them!
