Small blade for big results! DISTAR BUTTON CUT is a special diamond cutting blade designed for very precise and detailed cutting and cutting out holes in porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles. It has a diameter of only 50 mm! It is ideal for cutting out holes for cutting flush buttons, switches, sockets and other ceramic elements. With this blade you can reach places inaccessible to standard diamond blades (with Ø 115 mm and more). The blade has a solid fine diamond grain with a thickness of segment only 0.8 mm, which guarantees high precision, fast and exceptionally clean cutting without chipping, requiring no edge grinding afterwards. This saves time and costs! It is designed for small electric tools (e.g. Proxxon) with adjustable speed set to 10,000 rpm. The blade requires sufficient water cooling, e.g. using dedicated accessories (such as Distar water-cooled blade cover) .
Flange for blade mounting is not included in the package.

To reduce vibrations during cutting, it is recommended to use a holder for the small engraver tool and place the tile on a vibration-absorbing pad.
