The RUBI CPC PRO diamond blade with a diameter of 230 mm is designed for cutting porcelain and very hard materials up to a thickness of 25 mm. Often it is the porcelain that causes problems for builders. It is a ceramic mass that is fired at high temperature. The blade is characterised by a very fine and precise cut. Cooling the blade with water increases its service life. The blade is also suitable for jolly cuts – at an angle of 45°. The height of the diamond segment is 7 mm and the thickness is 2 mm.
The disc includes a circlip which allows it to be used for both shaft diameters (22.23 mm with circlip, 25.4 mm without circlip). After removing this ring, the disc can only be used for a shaft diameter of 25.4 mm.
