RUBI DRYGRES diamond crown for dry drilling holes with an angle grinder or, when used with a reducer, also with a drill.
The diamond drill bit is constructed like a crown – there is a cavity in the centre which is filled with wax. During drilling, the wax begins to melt due to the rising temperature and thus ensures lubrication and cooling of the drill bit. When the wax runs out, it is advisable to refill it – simply by using a candle.
When drilling, it is necessary to exert adequate pressure on the drill bit – too much pressure can cause overheating and thus destroy the diamond drill bit.
