The DISTAR 115 HARD CERAMICS ADVANCED diamond blade is specially designed for cutting tiles made of (porcelain) gres and ceramics with water-cooled construction saws. The blade contains graphite grains in a metal binder creating a finely porous structure that acts as a hard lubricant. It has a fine and high quality cut, while also providing a high cutting speed. Blade segmentation by laser reduces the thermal load on the blade. The blade is specific in its diameter, only 115 mm. The inner diameter is 22.23 mm. It is designed for electric construction saws that allow the use of blades with a diameter of 115 mm and need to be water cooled.
