Raimondi RAIZOR MTC – rail cutting system for large format tiles (Ref. 433CP00AM)

Raimondi RAIZOR MTC is a professional manual rail cutting system (manual cutter) designed for cutting common and large format tiles up to 15 mm thick. This system, thought out down to the smallest detail, significantly facilitates the cutting of large format tiles, increases performance and quality of work, efficiency and reduces effort. Thanks to its shorter guide rails with a length of 75 cm, it can also handle the cutting of smaller format tiles.

The system uses 4 guide rails fixed to the cutted tile, on which the cutting carriage moves. Each rail is only 75 cm long and has 2 vacuum suction cups. The shorter rails allow for more flexible use. With this system you can cut tiles from 66 cm (1 rail) to 327 cm (4 rails). The guide rails are made of extruded aluminium and provide high strength while maintaining low weight. The cutting trolley is moved on the guide rails by 3 high quality wheels with double bearings. The carriage has an adjusting mechanism and spring for unmatched precision, smooth movement and proper cutting pressure. The 95 mm diameter vacuum suction cups with double seals securely hold the rails to the tile even with medium rough surfaces. They have swivel handles so they don’t get in your way unnecessarily when cutting and latches for quick release from the tile.

The cutter includes a high quality TITANIUM scoring wheel with a diameter of 20 mm, titanium coating and custom bearings for the highest quality and cutting efficiency.

For separating the tiles after cutting, the included PREMIUM breaking pliers are designed for tiles with a thickness of 3-15 mm. They have a solid steel body with ergonomic shaping. They use progressive pressure build-up and have an adjustable distance between pressure points for the best possible adaptation to the width of the piece of tile being cut.

A carrying bag is included for easy storage and carrying of all system components.

The distance between the cutting line and the edge of the rail is only 20 mm. Suction cups are included in the rails and therefore the cutter allows cutting even thin strips.

The cutting system can be combined with the Raimondi Power-Raizor Mk2 electric tile cutter (Ref. 433PWRM2EUD).

The cutting system can be extended by purchasing separate accessories:

• extend the cutting length up to 448 cm with the additional guide rail (Ref. 433CP00P100)
• increase the max. thickness of the cut tile to more than 15 mm with the breaking pliers (Ref. 196TM01AN)
