BATTIPAV AGILE Light Plus – handling system for large-format tiles (Ref. 11006/1)

The BATTIPAV AGILE Light Plus handling system is a practical aid for cutting and installing large-format tiles. This system consists of a structure made from aluminum extendable profiles, providing great flexibility and the possibility to create various configurations according to tile size. The system includes 2 extendable longitudinal AGILE Light profiles and 2 extendable cross profiles (Ref: 11003/1). It makes handling large-format tiles much easier, faster, and less tiring. Tile safety is ensured by 6 high-quality suction cups with vacuum control. The longitudinal profiles can be adjusted within a length range of 1720 – 3300 mm, and the cross profiles can be adjusted within the range of 840 – 1580 mm. The system’s load capacity is up to 160 kg. The ends of the longitudinal profiles feature adjustable handles for safe operation.

AGILE Light Plus consists of:

• 2 extendable longitudinal profiles equipped with a total of 6 high-quality suction cups with durable rubber for perfect suction even on rougher surfaces, and with sliding handles,
• 2 extendable cross profiles (Ref: 11003/1),
• pressure gauges for continuous monitoring of the suction cups’ vacuum status during use.

The system can be supplemented with:

• a set of caster wheels and feet for easier movement of the system with the tile (Ref: 11005/1)
• a set of 4 spacer pads to improve stability when working with tiles (Ref: SP11026)
• an additional vacuum suction cup, which is installed on the cross profiles to improve tile attachment to the system (Ref: 11004/1)
