BATTIPAV AGILE Light – handling system for large-format tiles (Ref. 11002/1)

The BATTIPAV AGILE Light handling system is a simpler version of the system for handling large-format tiles. This system consists of 2 interconnected aluminum profiles designed for carrying and installing tiles. The profiles can be adjusted within a length range of 1720 – 3300 mm, providing great flexibility according to tile size. The profile has a load capacity of 80 kg. Tile safety is ensured by 3 high-quality suction cups with vacuum control. The tool has a handle at each end and is intended for at least 2 workers. Thanks to the use of aluminum, the tool is lightweight, weighing only 12.2 kg.

AGILE Light consists of:

• 2 interconnected and extendable longitudinal profiles forming one adjustable profile, equipped with a total of 3 high-quality suction cups with durable rubber for perfect suction even on rougher tile surfaces,
• a pressure gauge for continuous monitoring of the vacuum status during suction cup use.

The system can be supplemented with:

• a set of caster wheels and feet for easier movement of the system with the tile (Ref: 11005/1)
• a set of cross profiles to increase the system’s load capacity (Ref: 11003/1)
• an additional vacuum suction cup to improve tile attachment to the system (Ref: 11004/1)
