The EDMA table polystyrene cutter from the French manufacturer EDMA, with a maximum cutting length of 1370 mm, is distinguished by its lightweight design and precise workmanship. It allows both straight and angled cutting of EPS and XPS polystyrene with a maximum density of 40 kg/m³. The cutter operates on the principle of heating the cutting wire, which then slices through the insulation material without producing waste. It runs on 230 V and is easily portable thanks to its low weight. It enables cutting polystyrene into right-angle, angled, and beveled shapes.
