DISTAR Diamond blade 1A1R 125 SHINE – extra thin 0,6 mm (Ref. 11127457030)

The DISTAR 125 SHINE diamond blade is equipped with the thinnest diamond layer with a thickness of only 0.6 mm. It is especially designed for cutting ceramics and porcelain. Thanks to the super thin segment and finely dispersed diamonds, its blade cuts porcelain stoneware cleaner than ever before, without burrs. The result is a perfect edge that does not require additional machining, which also increases productivity.

The blade needs to be water cooled and is designed exclusively for battery powered angle grinders. Due to the extra thin segment, the battery can last up to 2-3 times longer compared to conventional blades. It features PTFE reinforced flanges, making it very quiet.

For optimum cutting performance, use MECHANIC Spray 115-125 tool, which effectively sprays water to cool the blade, improve cut quality and reduce dust.
Alternatively, MECHANIC Roller 115-125 tool can be used for better dirt removal with a vacuum cleaner.
