DISTAR 250 FireBRICK is a special diamond blade designed for cutting refractory bricks (e.g., fireclay) and fired bricks. It features an optimized, laser-treated blade shape with a dense layer of diamonds to achieve high cutting speed while maintaining excellent cut quality on specific brick materials. Compared to other competing blades, it has a large diameter of 250 mm and can cut through a brick in a single pass. The outer diameter of the blade is 250 mm, and the inner diameter is 25.4 mm. The blade is intended for use with electric construction cutters and is designed for wet cutting.
