RUBI Diamond Blade CPC 180 PRO for Porcelain (Ref. 30955)

The RUBI CPC PRO diamond blade with a diameter of 180 mm is designed for cutting hard materials such as porcelain and ceramic tiles up to 25 mm thick. These materials are very challenging for precise cutting. The blade features a very fine cut even in very hard materials like porcelain. It can be mounted on shafts with diameters of 22.23 mm and 25.4 mm using a pressed fitting spacer ring. The PRO blade offers the best balance between performance and cost. Cutting requires cooling the blade with water or coolant to extend the blade’s lifespan. The blade is suitable for for straight cuts as well as 45° angled cuts, so-called jolly cuts .

After removing the spacer ring, the blade can only be used for a 25.4 mm shaft diameter. Reinstalling the ring onto the blade is not possible.
