DISTAR diamond blade GALAXY 125/22,23 mm – for Jolly edges (Ref. 11120159100)

The DISTAR GALAXY 125 diamond blade is specially designed for cutting ceramic and porcelain gres tiles at an angle of 45° (so-called Jolly edges). It has a unique design with two different blade finishes. On the 1st side, the blade has a TURBO finish for fast cutting and better blade cooling, on the 2nd side it has a solid diamond segment , which guarantees perfect cutting at an angle without the need for additional edge grinding. This saves time, effort and cost, while maintaining the high quality of the cut edge of the tile. The design of the blade with a blade thickness of 1.6 mm increases its rigidity and stabilises its orientation when cutting at an angle. The outer diameter of the blade is 125 mm. The inner diameter is 22.23 mm. The blade is designed for angle grinders, for dry cutting at an angle of 45°.
