Raimondi POWER RAIZOR Mk2 tool for multi-angle cutting (Ref. 433PWRM2EUD)

Raimondi POWER RAIZOR Mk2 is a professional tool designed for cutting and grinding edges of tiles up to 20 mm thick. With this tool you will achieve perfectly precise and well finished edges at 45° (Jolly edges), 90° or 180°. It is designed for angle grinders with a blade diameter of 125 mm and a IP protection of min. IP54 for corded angle grinders . It is also compatible with cordless angle grinders.

Setup and operation of the tool are simple, using large set screws. It is used with Raimondi RAIZOR Mk2, RAIZOR Mk2 PLUS and MTC guide rails. Smooth and precise sliding along the rail is ensured by 4 defining wheels. A further 4 wheels ensure stability when sliding and distribute the pressure evenly on the tile. The tool has a robust and sophisticated metal construction that guarantees precision and safety of work. It is particularly suitable for large format tiles. The maximum depth of cut is 20 mm at 90° and 16 mm at 45° and 180°.

In addition to a higher quality of work, it reduces fatigue at work, increases efficiency and saves time and material. An angle grinder (battery-powered, corded with IP54) with a blade Ø 125 mm and an M14 must be mounted in the tool. It offers a tilting plunge cut function that adjusts the depth of cut and allows the creation of holes, square and rectangular holes as well as multi-stage cuts. Package includes TURBO diamond blade (Ø 125 mm).

The tool can be used for dry cutting as a standard product or for wet cutting in combination with an additional water supply to cool the blade and dust suppresion (Product Ref: 433PWW A). It is also equipped with an outlet for the connection of a dust extractor and a dust containment device can be added (Product Ref: 433PWZP A).
