DISTAR MECHANIC GLIDER 45 115-125 is a professional tool (fixture) designed for cutting tile edges at an angle to create Jolly edges. With this tool, you can achieve perfectly precise and well-machined edges easier and faster . It is set to cut tiles with an angle of 50-52°. This larger cutting angle allows for perfect joining of the tiles with the Jolly edge even with micro deviations in cutting and without additional grinding. Setting up the tool and fixing the angle grinder is easy, with large set screws and a quick release mechanism. Smooth and precise feed without scratching the tile surface is ensured by the high quality sliding surfaces. The tool has a metal construction ready for attachment to the angle grinder gearbox, reducing vibration transmission from the grinder. It is also suitable for large-format tiles. When it attached to the work table, it also allows processing of smaller pieces of tiles.
