RUBI FORAGRES Diamond Core Bit 68 mm (Ref. 04918)

The FORAGRES diamond core bit for wet drilling with a diameter of 68 mm from RUBI is designed for drilling holes in hard materials such as stoneware tiles, porcelain tiles, granite, and marble. It is suitable for drilling holes for waste, water, electricity, and similar applications. The drilling depth is 33 mm. The lifespan of FORAGRES core bits is three times longer than Easygres bits and depends on handling and material hardness. It is recommended to use the core bit only on the specified materials and then replace it. Water cooling is necessary. The core bit is laser welded. For drilling, only a regular drill or cordless drill without hammer function is needed. The bit typically drills around 60 holes. Maximum recommended speed for the FORAGRES bit is 900 RPM.

WARNING – When drilling into substrates like adhesive, concrete, brick, etc., the drill bit experiences significant wear and its lifespan decreases drastically! The best practice is to use this drill bit to penetrate only the hard tile or slab, then continue drilling with a carbide bit – but without hammer action! This way, you save on diamond drill bits and increase work speed.
