Professional Kaufmann diamond core drill bit with a diameter of 68 mm is designed for wet drilling of hard materials such as ceramic tiles, marble, or granite. Thanks to the use of tungsten carbide, the central guide pin has a long lifespan. It is recommended to drill at a maximum of 150 revolutions per minute with water cooling and without hammer action. The drill bit is not intended for masonry drilling!
To cool the diamond core drill, use a sponge moistened with water. The lifespan of the drill bit is limited to 3–5 holes when drilling granite and porcelain tiles (with abrasion resistance rating no. 4 or higher).
