RUBI DRYGRES Diamond Core Drill Bit 6 mm (Ref. 05988)

RUBI DRYGRES diamond core bit designed for dry drilling of holes using an angle grinder or, when used with a reducer, also with a drill.

The diamond drill bit is designed as a core bit with a hollow center filled with wax. During drilling, the wax melts due to rising temperature, providing lubrication and cooling for the drill bit. When the wax runs out, it is recommended to replenish it easily using a candle.

When drilling, it is necessary to apply appropriate pressure on the drill bit — excessive pressure can cause overheating and thus damage the diamond drill bit.

WARNING – When drilling into substrates like adhesive, concrete, bricks, etc., the drill bit experiences significant wear and its lifespan decreases dramatically! It is best to first drill through the hard tile or ceramic surface with this diamond bit, then continue with a carbide drill bit—but without percussion! This method will save costs on diamond bits and increase work speed.
