The BATTIPAV AGILE Light Plus handling system is a practical assistant for cutting and installing large format tiles. This system consists of a structure made up of aluminium expandable profiles, which provide great flexibility and the possibility of creating different configurations according to the size of the tiles. The system is composed of 2 AGILE Light expandable longitudinal profiles and 2 expandable transverse profiles (Ref: 11003/1). It will make handling even large format tiles much easier, faster and less stressful. 6 high-quality suction cups with vacuum control ensure a secure fixing of the tiles. The longitudinal profiles can be adjusted in the length range 1720 – 3300 mm, the transverse profiles can be adjusted in the range 840 – 1580 mm. The load capacity of the system is up to 160 kg. There are positionable handles at the ends of the longitudinal profiles for safe operation.

AGILE Light Plus consists of:

• 2 extendable longitudinal profiles equipped with a total of 6 high-quality suction cups with durable rubber for perfect suction even on rougher surfaces, and with sliding handles,
• 2 extendable cross profiles (Art: 11003/1),
• pressure gauges for continuous monitoring of the suction cup vacuum condition during suction cup use.
